Pass the Baton will be hosting "Half-baked Product PART 2," a reworked prototype of hum

Jul 10, 2017

From July 13th to 23rd, PASS THE BATON GALLERY will be hosting "Half-Products PART 2" by jewelry brand hum.

With the theme of "memorable jewelry," the brand is committed to balancing quality and design, building a unique worldview. The "Half-Products" in this second exhibition are prototypes created during the design process. Crafted from silver, a new material, these prototypes are carefully reworked one by one in the atelier for everyday use, and are sold alongside an installation that allows visitors to experience the process from start to finish.

In addition, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on July 15th to 17th, 22nd, and 23rd, workshops will be held where visitors can create one-of-a-kind rings using recycled gold and silver. Silver x silver costs 18,000 yen, gold x silver 42,000 yen, and gold x gold 74,000 yen. Each session is limited to four people and requires advance reservations by phone.
