The service utilizes Hakuhodo DY Media Partners' know-how and systems to support the e-commerce businesses of magazines such as "VERY" (Kobunsha) and "Pen" (Hankyu Communications), along with Cosmo Communications' know-how in the fashion and sports fields. Going forward, the service plans to develop customer-related big data analysis, site access analysis, points and inventory integration, and omnichannel initiatives extending from the e-commerce site to the storefront.
All initial fees related to the construction and operation of e-commerce sites and systems, product management such as product photography and measurements, sales-related marketing support, order management and shipping, payment agency services, and customer inquiry response are waived. The service will be operated on a contingency fee basis based on commerce sales.
In addition, the service will handle all aspects of product photography and management, image parades and feature banner production, payment processing at the time of sale, customer service related to customer inquiries, warehousing and logistics, etc., which will also significantly reduce the burden on additional human resources.
