Every year, Emporio Armani releases a relaxed capsule collection for the summer. This year, they've released two capsule collections: one titled "Mare" (Sea) and the other themed around the brand's iconic denim.



"Mare Collection"

Named "Mare," which means "sea" in Italian, the collection is literally inspired by the sea. During his visit to Japan in 2018, Giorgio Armani spoke about the similarities between Italy and Japan, saying, "I believe that the geographical element of being both surrounded by the sea gives Italy and Japan many things in common." The sea is an integral part of the lives of both Italians and Japanese people.

Many of the items in this collection are made using cotton, which feels good against the skin. The happy and relaxed mood of the seaside is expressed through floral prints that are full of tropical vibes.

The T-shirts, which are perfect for both resort and town wear, have a relaxed silhouette and come in two types: one with a white background featuring a floral print and the Emporio Armani logo, and one with an all-over floral print.

Also appearing are dresses, a staple of seaside resort style. All are made from comfortable cotton, and include one with an all-over floral print and one pure white piece that evokes the image of waves. The relaxed silhouette allows for good ventilation, making it perfect for the humid Japanese summer.

Denim Collection

This capsule collection is characterized by soft linen material, rather than thick cotton, given a denim-like appearance. You can enjoy a cool denim style even in the summer.

This 100% linen jumpsuit is soft to the touch, comfortable to wear, and refreshing. It features a tailored chest design, a matching belt, and a paisley-patterned handkerchief motif on the chest pocket, all of which add a touch of modern flair to this casual Emporio Armani piece.
