On July 17th, LOEWE will launch the "Pre-Launch Capsule Collection," the first collection by new creative director Jonathan Anderson, at its newly renovated flagship store, Casa Loewe Omotesando. It will feature a wide range of items, from bags to small items and accessories.
The brand's iconic "Amazona" (360,000 yen) has been redesigned into the original trapezoid shape. The iconic "Flamenco" (314,000 yen) also features a "knot" on the side, inspired by the brand's archives. A key ring featuring just this knot (41,000 yen) will also be available.
A new bag will be released: a striped smooth calf shopper bag (160,000 yen). This iconic design features the new Loewe logo boldly on the front.
There are also witty items characteristic of Anderson. The "Meccano Pin" accessory (¥41,000) and "Meccano Oxford" shoe (¥115,000), inspired by the designs of Meccano, a British toy manufacturer founded by Frank Hornby in 1901, feature a pop design featuring toy-like components.
Other items on sale include small items with the same stripe as the shopper bag (¥29,000-¥79,000) and a three-dimensional coin case (¥29,000-¥123,000).
In addition to bags and accessories, home products inspired by the archive collection will also be available, including leather cushions (made to order), lambswool blankets, and chairs combining wood and leather.
After launching at Casa Loewe Omotesando, the collection will be available at the Loewe Ginza store, Isetan Shinjuku Men's Store, and Hankyu Men's Osaka store from the 23rd, and at the Shinsaibashi Daimaru store from the 26th.
