The four Joel Robuchon stores operated by Four Seasons will be holding their annual popular Strawberry Fair.
In addition to six new items, including "Opera Fraise" (525 yen), a strawberry ganache sandwiched between joconde pastry, and "Strawberry and Milk Brioche" (336 yen), a total of 12 special products will be available, including the ever-popular "Tarte Fraise" (598 yen) and "Strawberry and Rhubarb Danish" (346 yen).
The fair will run from February 15th to April 15th, 2013, and will be held at "L'Aboutique de Joel Robuchon" (Ebisu, Roppongi, Marunouchi) and "Le Pain de Joel Robuchon" in Shibuya Hikarie.
