FRaU features an entire issue on "Moomin." Kanno Miho, Dan Mitsu, and Kuroki Hitomi talk

The women's magazine FRaU (Kodansha) will feature a major Moomin story in its January issue, due to hit the shelves on December 12th. The Moomin series is a masterpiece that captivates the hearts of many people, regardless of age or gender. 2014 marked the 100th anniversary of the birth of Tove Jansson, the creator of Moomin. To mark this occasion, the issue features a major feature on the appeal of Moomin, titled "What We Can Learn from Moomin Valley." The book's contents include "A Journey Following Tove Jansson in Finland," in which actress Kanno Miho travels to Finland, the birthplace of the Moomin Valley story; "MOOMIN LOVERS Interviews" featuring actress Kuroki Hitomi and TV personality Dan Mitsu; "Moomin Valley Feast Recipes" by cooking expert Noguchi Maki; and "Interviews with Translator Watanabe Midori on Her Encounter with Tove and Her Memories," "Moomin Valley Characters and Famous Quotes," "The Life of Tove Jansson," and "My Favorite Moomin Mug." The book is filled with Moomin-related content, spanning nearly 100 pages. It also comes with a special FRaU Original Moomin Calendar.
