For the 2015 Spring/Summer season, Yohji Yamamoto has launched a new sneaker, the "adidas SS Metallic by Yohji Yamamoto" (36,000 yen), based on the classic adidas Originals "Superstar" model. The upper, crafted from cracked leather with fine cracks, comes in two colors: metallic red and black. The eyelets and tongue are made of suede, while the running shoes feature a uniquely textured soft leather, recreating the elegant and chic world of Yohji Yamamoto. The metallic red version features the Yohji Yamamoto brand signature on the side, in black, while the black version features a unique, shiny thread that mixes silver and black. Available in sizes 2, 3, and 4 (approximately 22.5, 23.5, and 24.5 cm), these sneakers are available at all Yohji Yamamoto stores. (※Men's sizes also available in sizes 25.5 to 29.5cm)
