Marine skincare brand "Lila Burket" debuts in Japan. Recreates Swedish seaweed baths.

Swedish skincare brand L:A BRUKET will debut in Japan this year. A pre-sale will be held in mid-April on the 5th floor living area of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku. "The natural state of ingredients maximizes their power." Based on this concept, L:A BRUKET blends organic ingredients, primarily from the ocean, in a small, low-tech workshop. One of the highlights is their spa line, a modern take on traditional spa therapy. The brand continues the local wisdom of adding seaweed to a bathtub to enhance its moisturizing and warming properties, carrying on this tradition through the creation of bath salts and bath additives made with seaweed and natural salt. One of their products, "Seaweed Bath" (380g/6,400 yen), is made from dried Fucus Serratus seaweed. When dried, it contains 75% minerals, and when rehydrated in a bathtub, it creates a seaweed bath that feels like you're immersed in seawater. The "Relax Body Scrub" (350ml/5,500 yen) also contains seaweed extract and sea salt, which are effective for exfoliating. Bath soaps are available in both solid and liquid forms. The soaps are made with 100% natural essential oils and are individually handcrafted using the cold process. Along with the liquid soap, a variety of flavors, including lemongrass and wild rose, are available. Unique items include the "Surf Scrub Soap" (120g/1,800 yen), which incorporates local beach sand and seaweed. To round off your soothing bath time, two shampoos and conditioners are available. Each contains different herbs for dry and damaged hair, promoting healthy hair and scalp. Skin care items such as body lotions, hand creams, and lip balms are also available, offering soothing scents like sage and wild rose for full-body care.
