The world's first Isabel Marant Etoile store opened on September 4th on the first floor of the South Building at Grand Front Osaka.
Launched in 1999 as Isabel Marant's real clothing line, the brand offers affordable prices by producing its products primarily in Europe, including Italy, Lithuania, Poland, and Bulgaria, as well as in Tunisia, India, and China. A tag indicating the country of origin is attached below the name tag, reflecting Isabel's distinctive aesthetic.
The new store features a large façade facing the walkway, characterized by the contrast between materials such as fiberglass resin, metal, and Tyvek, and rattan trim. The store concept is modern, different from the flagship store in Omotesando that opened in 2012.
To celebrate the opening, limited edition T-shirts and clutch bags featuring illustrations by designer Arnold Gollon, who frequently collaborates with Isabel Marant on store displays and T-shirts, will be available. Vendors containing socks printed with the illustration will be set up in-store, and anyone can enjoy a free pair of socks with a coin during the campaign period.

Isabel Marant's debut collection, which was shown at the Paris joint exhibition Atmospheres in 1994, was well-received, and she was invited to Osaka Collection, which at the time invited emerging European designers to hold shows. In November of the same year, she held a joint show with DICE KAYEK and others at Osaka Central Public Hall. This marks her first triumphant return to Osaka in 21 years, marking the opening of a new shop.
