The Max Mara Aoyama store reopened on September 13th after extensive renovations. To commemorate this, the brand launched a new project, "Wrap your heart in Max Mara," to support women embarking on new challenges. The store, with a total floor area of over 450 square meters, was designed by Duccio Grassi Architects. During the renovation, the original windows were removed and replaced with new, greige-colored glass walls, replacing them with new display windows. The distinctive façade has been made simpler and more powerful, and a large LED digital signage display has been installed above the entrance. The staircase leading to the second floor, one of the store's distinctive designs, features a beautiful contrast between aged metal and pale oak, highlighting the dynamic form and materials. At the top of the stairs, a private space is revealed, clad in two types of hand-aged metal walls. Platinum-leaf glass inlaid into the metal adds a touch of luxury, creating a contrasting design with the warm, pale tones.
To commemorate the store's reopening, Max Mara is running a new project, "Wrap your heart in Max Mara," and is offering an online "Wrap your heart in Max Mara STYLE Diagnosis" until October 4th. With this service, by simply answering five questions, you will be able to choose the style that best suits you from a total of 10 styles, along with recommendations for this season's recommended items. After completing the diagnosis, you will be entered into a lottery for 50 lucky winners to win a Pink Côte d'Or gift and a shopping tour of the newly reopened store.
