The new Dior Caro bags, which debuted on the Cruise 2021 catwalk, celebrated the House's signature Cannage style. The bold curves of the Cannage accentuate the bag's rectangular shape, while its luxurious chain featuring the signature CD links is matched with a delicate clasp.

Available in three sizes—small, medium, and large—to suit various occasions and uses, Maria Grazia Chiuri has reinterpreted the Dior Caro design with each collection. For Spring/Summer 2022, new versions of the Dior Caro bag were introduced in summery pastel denim and deep blue, green, and fuchsia leather. Drawing inspiration from soft leather, denim, and embroidery, the pieces are adorned with gold or ruthenium-plated chains. Each piece is accentuated by bold details, such as the "CD" icon, which shines in a captivating iridescence thanks to colorful resin, and the plump "macrocannage" pattern.

This innovative technology, which pursues the softness and lightness of down jackets, combines exceptional thinness with high performance using special leather. The unique quilting process, the fruit of the atelier's exceptional know-how, imparts the "macrocannage" pattern to this special material, creating a silky touch and a lustrous finish that embodies the sophisticated, contemporary Dior style. The new "Dior Caro" collection will be available in the official online boutique and at Dior boutiques nationwide.
