Givenchy introduces the supple, handbag-style "Kenny"

Givenchy introduces the new Kenny handbag. This season's essential accessory is inspired by Givenchy's heritage and the new momentum Matthew M. Williams has brought to the Parisian Maison as Creative Director.


A true statement piece for both day and night, the fashionable Kenny is a supple, wearable handbag. Beyond the evening, Williams' vision and signature sense of hardware make it a versatile bag. Crafted from exceptionally soft calfskin, the Kenny is an ingeniously round bag, enhanced by hand-drawn draping punctuated by G-Cube elements. Its elegant, feminine charm is echoed in the double G-Cube chain strap and Givenchy's now-iconic padlock, creating a beautiful symphony. The soft calfskin shoulder piece and discreet yet secure magnetic closure, which produces a satisfying click when fastened, complete the bag with luxurious yet practical details.


The Kenny series will also feature a variation made of organza crafted using Givenchy's renowned haute couture techniques. This technique is the culmination of Givenchy's savoir-faire, which also attracted attention in Spring/Summer 2022. Another version, fully embroidered with mother-of-pearl, is also featured in this season's campaign.


Kenny also features in Givenchy's Spring/Summer 2022 advertising campaign, shot by Korean-born German photographer Heji Shin.

Prices range from 214,500 yen (tax included) for the silk satin mini bag to 693,000 yen (tax included) for the organza tulle version. They will be available at selected Givenchy stores and the official online store from February 25th.
