Lumine is undergoing a renovation in the fall of 2014. Starting in late August, approximately 100 new shops will open throughout the building.

At Lumine Shinjuku, located at the south exit of Shinjuku Station, Italian brand GOLDEN GOOSE DELUXE BRAND, which sells high-quality items with a vintage feel, will open on August 22nd, and Jiyugaoka select shop ACROSS THE VINTAGE's first building-based store will open on August 29th. Popular online shop Arpege story's first brick-and-mortar store, New York-based DIY accessory specialty store BROOKLYN CHARM, and BAYCREW'S Group's new vintage accessory shop DE COUVERTE will also be opening from August 30th. At Lumine Est Shinjuku on the east side of Shinjuku Station, RedyAzel by HoneyBunch, a new business model from HoneyBunch offering a more sophisticated girly look, will open on August 28th. Other openings include the first Japanese store of STACCATO, Hong Kong's first shoe brand, EYE COFFRET, a new business model from Atelier Haruka specializing in eye beauty, julep, which offers French casual wear, A de Vivre, a new brand of genuine leather ladies' shoes, and chardy -PEGGY LANA-, a life-size girls' brand that reflected the opinions of 100 female university students, which will open on August 29th. Hokkaido-based cream puff specialty store CROQUANT-CHOU "ZAKUZAKU" will open on September 4th, followed by Michelle Macaron, a store designed for petite women by model Satomi Yakuwa, on September 12th.

The Stand & Parking by The General Store, a new lifestyle select shop from Aoyama's men's select shop, will open at Lumine Mann Shibuya on August 28th. Sheta, by flower press Yukie Kawashima, will open at Lumine Ikebukuro on September 3rd, and the first Kanto store of Kobe brand PalinkA and Omekashi, a sister brand of Mystic, will open at Lumine Yokohama on September 5th.
