【An Evolution of Juice Bars】
"Kreation" is located on Abbot Kinney Street in Venice Beach, Los Angeles.
This shop makes you feel like "LA juice bars have evolved even further."
In the back of the store is a kitchen where cold-pressed juices are made on the spot, and in front of it is a wide selection of detox juices tailored to different levels.
You can pick up your juices from the TO GO menu, or you can have them with salads or pancakes at the Kafe (←I wonder why that spelling is...) just outside the store. The Kafe menu is also extensive. There's a wide variety of vegetarian options on the menu.
And there's a sign that says it's certified organic by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), so you can feel completely at ease. The interior of the store is covered in artificial turf, lined with log chairs, and filled with stylish local people.
There are often lines at lunchtime. They even have a juice truck and juice bike, which makes it even more interesting.
It will be interesting to see how this trend continues in the future.
