Hello! The "Bike Girls Project," which aims to inspire Japanese biker girls, will report on the real-life diary of a girl's motorcycle experience.
First, let's introduce our first "Bike Girl."
Li Yuxiang is from China. Her work includes magazine modeling, interpreting, and helping out at a brand buyback website. Her favorite fashion brands are "&mico" and "langage."
■What made you decide to get your motorcycle license?
"My best friend started riding a motorcycle, and I thought it was so cool!"
■Are you athletic?
"I hate to say it myself, but I think I'm pretty good. I'm also good at sports and snowboarding."
■Do you have any friends who ride motorcycles?
"Yes! A good friend of mine rides a Harley-Davidson."
■What image did you have of motorcycles?
"When I see bikers, I think, 'They're so cool!' I had an image of them being a little bulky and tough, but when I see them in person, they're really cool. Another appealing thing is that they're less expensive than a car!"
■Is there anywhere you'd like to go on a motorcycle?
"I'd like to start by going to nearby spots like Odaiba or Yokohama! I'd also like to go to Shonan and Karuizawa."
With her athletic ability, it seems likely that Li will get her license in no time. We can't wait to see what kind of bike she'll ride.
Next time, we'll feature the cutest (?) mini-bike girl ever, so stay tuned!
