ANREALAGE will be participating in Paris Fashion Week starting with the Spring/Summer 2015 season. The brand's debut collection will begin at 5 PM local time on September 23rd (midnight on the 24th Japan time), the first day of Paris Fashion Week. The debut show will be presented on the official calendar. The show will be directed by Shigetaka Kaneko, with video by Daito Manabe of Rhizomatiks. Following the show, an exhibition will be held locally from the 25th. Also, starting September 22nd, a traveling exhibition of "A REAL UN REAL AGE," which was held at the Parco Museum in Shibuya in 2012, will be held at the Sévigné store of the Paris select shop L'ECLAIREUR. In addition to presenting new works in the collection, the exhibition will showcase ANREALAGE's history, conveying to Paris the philosophy of clothing design that the brand has consistently pursued. Designer Kunihiko Morinaga said, "There are things to gain and things to lose, but now is the time to confront society, history, and the world head-on. I intend to take a step forward and fight. The real challenge begins from here on out." There are no plans for a show in Tokyo for the time being.
