Chapter 1 of Bravery was created as a tribute to the pioneering spirit of founder Louis, who left his hometown in the Jura at the age of 14 to journey to Paris on foot. The following chapter, Chapter 2, explores the fruits of his creative genius: a man of ingenuity and vision who revolutionized travel with the invention of the flat-lid trunk.
"This collection is a metaphor for Louis's life," says Francesca Amfitheatrof, Artistic Director of Watches & Fine Jewelry at the Maison. "In Chapter 1, published in June 2021, we charted the various stages of Louis Vuitton's journey to Paris. Now, we're celebrating the highlight of his career: the creation of the iconic trunk with its distinctive character. It's an attempt to translate a new Louis Vuitton signature into the world of high jewelry."

Chapter 2 is comprised of four themes: "Le Multipant," "Le Manétisme," "La Mini Male," and "Cocktail Ring." Each piece – necklace, ring, bracelet, earrings – pays homage to the famous luggage invented by Louis Vuitton in 1854, many of them set with colorful stones.
Through her energetic, playful, and colorful designs, Francesca Amfitheatrof sheds new light on the Maison's founder's extraordinary personality. The designs are brought to life by the exceptional savoir-faire of the Parisian High Jewelry Atelier, and expressed through the Maison's exclusive selection of colored stones and diamonds. Vibrant and dynamic in every detail, this collection reflects the Maison's DNA and codes with a multicolored twist.
Le Multipan
Pink and green tourmalines, citrine, aquamarine, tanzanite…Louis Vuitton has studded more than 100 colorful stones in its Le Multipan necklace, a reinterpretation of the iconic lock.

Set in three perfectly arched rows, the stones, totaling more than 100 carats, sparkle alongside an extremely rare 42.42-carat lagoon-blue tourmaline. Surrounded by diamonds, this magnificent stone is a luxurious interpretation of the lock that secures a Louis Vuitton trunk. The necklace is complemented by a cuff bracelet featuring a 20.67-carat oval-cut pink tourmaline. Sixty colored stones, spanning an unparalleled color range, shower Louis Vuitton's signature lock with light. The theme is completed by two multicolored tourmaline earrings and four dazzling rings, each featuring a carefully selected tourmaline center stone in a brilliant hue.
Le Magnetisme
A 20.29-carat cushion-cut Sri Lankan sapphire captivates with its dramatic, intense yellow glow. The Le Magnetisme necklace focuses on this stone, showcasing two strands of sparkling pink, orange, and yellow tourmalines totaling 152.86 carats.

The main sapphire, suspended from a V motif set with baguette-cut diamonds—which, together with Louis Vuitton, symbolizes the shape of the corner clasp on the Maison's trunks—can be removed and worn separately on a chain. The shape of the main stone's frame recalls the rectangular silhouette of the iconic luggage. Diamonds set between each tourmaline represent the trunk's metal studs, providing a powerful sparkle that reflects the essence of Louis Vuitton's high jewelry aesthetic. Three additional rings feature a pink sapphire and a pink tourmaline center stone, each accented with diamonds.
La Mini Male
The only monochrome jewelry set in the collection, La Mini Male recreates the geometric shapes of the Petite Malle collection, launched by the Maison in 2014, in white gold and diamonds. Recreating the trunk in all its glory, La Mini Male embodies a feminine yet masculine theme, showcasing all its features, adorned with Louis Vuitton flower-cut diamonds and featuring diamond-paved links. The choker is adorned with three miniature trunks—sparkling with three Louis Vuitton star-cut diamonds, one of which weighs 3.34 carats—that add a touch of elegance to the diamond-paved square links.

A beautiful and graceful long necklace, dangling from the same design concept, is transformable into a choker and two sparkling bracelets. The signet ring, boasting unprecedented elegance, features diamond marquetry. The baguette-cut and round brilliant-cut diamonds create a design that highlights the signature features of Louis Vuitton trunks and highlights the magnificent 1.55-carat Louis Vuitton star-cut diamond. The jewelry set also includes a bracelet and a jewelry watch.
Cocktail Rings
Four cocktail rings that combine strength and delicacy. Each features a round brilliant-cut colored stone at the center. Only stones with perfectly consistent color can be enhanced by their round shape.

It took Louis Vuitton three years to find these stones of unparalleled quality. Covered in diamond pavé and geometrically set, the rings feature a stunning pink-hued 1.30 carat Madagascar Padparadscha sapphire, a stunningly vibrant 1.34 carat Mozambique ruby, a 2.09 carat Madagascar sapphire, and a rich, vivid green 1.34 carat demantoid garnet. Each ring is exquisite and sophisticated, adorned with intricate details such as studs and angled mounts that evoke the silhouette of a trunk. These rings can be worn alone or stacked for added style.
