AMI ALEXANDRE MATTIUSSI, by Alexandre Mattiussi, presented its Fall/Winter 2017-18 collection at the Mode & Design Academy City. Without a specific theme, the collection offered casual townwear, eliminating innovative details and volume, and focusing instead on beautiful cuts and materials. This season, the designers played with vibrant color combinations, particularly pink and purple, orange and pink, and purple and red, showcasing styling such as leaving only one side of an inner shirt peeking out from under the pants or leaving only one collar peeking out from a knit pullover. While there were some trend-conscious pieces, such as a checked coat, a dungaree shirt, or a drop-shoulder knit, these were merely one element, skillfully achieving a casual look without being too fashionable.

The number of stores in Paris is steadily increasing, and it is clear that the brand has gained a lot of support from Parisians who are seen wearing clothes with the "ami" logo. It could be said that this brand has become the standard of Parisian fashion today.
