Salvatore Ferragamo has unveiled its Pre-Fall 2022 collection.
Salvatore Ferragamo's Pre-Fall 2022 collection renews its innovative tradition, creating a progressive paradigm of contemporary style. Blending artisanal techniques and technical processes, the brand elevates and recontextualizes the character and attributes of the season's clothing and accessories. The result is a collection that combines cutting-edge attention with deep tradition.
In categories such as eyewear and shoes, new sustainable selections have been added, strengthening Ferragamo's commitment to Planet Positive.

Collection
From resort to winter, this season's forward-thinking aesthetic is wrapped in a striking elemental palette: Aragosta, Cedrata, Hibiscus, Melagrana, Technicolor Yellow, Golfo Blue, bleached denim, Cartier, and Mangiarotti Carrara.
Julien Colombier's lusciously understated palm print returns for SS22 on kaftans, swimwear, and tailored tracksuits. A men's midnight blue jacquard tuxedo with delicate etching and a cotton-silk twill shirt and shorts with Gancini embroidery all evoke identity through pattern. A rich poncho skirt is enhanced with vibrant leather accents.
A grunge rainbow knit mohair sweater expresses every individuality, regardless of gender. Bonded knits, black metallic wrap skirts, and sharp, precision-cut sartorial suiting all express the countercultural undercurrent that runs throughout the collection, creating a sophisticated and modern aesthetic.

Shoes
Footwear remains the backbone of the Ferragamo collection, and this season, from statement to seductive, the House's architectural elements are deconstructed and reimagined with a youthful flair. For women, riding boots with powerful Gancini heel detailing stand out, while for men, derby and chelsea boots in textured leather are complemented by summer slide flats, driver shoes in kudu and sustainable rubber, jeweled sandals, feminine slingbacks, and the delicately curved Vara loafers. This is a significant step forward.

Bags and Accessories
With the addition of the new Half Moon bag to the Ferragamo bucket bag, the Ferragamo Studio Bag range expands into a masculine men's line, offering a robust and versatile bag. The Trifoglio is reimagined in a sustainable metallic weave for a captivating texture. The Maison's iconic Gancini is given a hammered texture as a buckle, enhancing the texture of a skirt that combines metallic and knit. The Gancini has been further reimagined into a distinctive, abstract piece of jewelry. A new sunglasses series combines sustainable materials with an alluring palette of eight colors to create a rainbow of eyewear choices.
