Bar S, located on the 11th floor of the Shiseido Building in Ginza, Tokyo, is offering three limited-edition cocktails as its February monthly special. The "Imperial Mojito Rouge" (2,000 yen, tax included), with its adorable lipstick-like hue, is a berry mojito made with plenty of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. It's finished with lime, mint, and champagne. The "Bonne Banane" (1,800 yen, tax included) is an adult chocolate banana cocktail. Its dark rum base is combined with nuts, cream liqueur, and chocolate chips. The "Gin and Tonic - Style S" (1,600 yen, tax included) uses a strongly fragrant premium gin. The addition of Guérande salt and rosemary creates a unique Bar S flavor. Bar S will also be open for special business hours from 3:00 PM on February 24th. (Normally, it opens at 5:00 PM.)
