yanG and Seven & i Publishing are launching "MADURO," a luxury men's magazine aimed at wealthy seniors in their 50s and 60s. The inaugural issue will be released in late March 2014, and the magazine will be released monthly on the 24th of each month starting September 24th. It will be priced at 1,000 yen. 
Maduro means "mature" in Spanish. Key staff members include Ichiro Kishida, editor-in-chief of LEON at its launch, as editor-in-chief/executive producer; Kiyohiko Okubo, deputy editor-in-chief of LEON at its launch, as publisher/general producer; and Yoshimasa Hoshiba, a founding member of LEON, as fashion director. MADURO will deliver lifestyle content that strikes a chord with the next generation of wealthy seniors with new values.
Covered genres include fashion, watches, cars, travel, and food. The magazine also covers health, beauty, anti-aging, finance (asset management, inheritance, insurance), real estate, and other topics specific to wealthy seniors.
