Two models (16,800 yen each) from Adidas Originals' Consortium series, including those designed by sneaker magazine SNEAKERFREAKER, will be released worldwide on December 21st.
The two running shoes proposed by the two companies are based on the Torsion Integral S Runner, which was designed for athletes, and are a reissue of the original. The design, by Sneaker Freaker founder Woody, is based on the ice green color that has become familiar to the magazine. The black midsole is dotted with white spots, and the Torsion Bar, which is designed to connect the forefoot and rearfoot of the outsole to prevent twisting, is accented with the magazine's logo color, red. Available at Styles Daikanyama, mita sneakers, and UNDEFEATED Tokyo and Shizuoka stores.
Sneaker Freaker is a sneaker specialty magazine launched in Melbourne, Australia in 2002 by Simon 'Woody' Wood. It is currently translated into Spanish, German, and Russian and is sold in 42 countries around the world.
