Lazona Kawasaki Plaza, directly connected to the west exit of JR Kawasaki Station, will be holding the Lazona Countdown Bargain, a massive year-end and New Year's sale, from December 27th. This will be followed by the Lazona Bargain on January 1st, 2014. Approximately 70 stores, including American Eagle Outfitters and Urban Research Store, will participate in the Countdown Bargain, offering up to 70% off everything from this winter's trendy items to general merchandise and gourmet food. The Lazona Bargain, which starts on New Year's Day, will feature approximately 140 stores, twice as many as the Countdown Bargain. A wide variety of items will be discounted, from select shops like United Arrows Green Label Relaxing to LOFT, MUJI, Japanese and Western confectioneries, fresh produce, and prepared foods. The sale will run until January 9th.

For the New Year's sales of 2014, a variety of shops, including apparel, general merchandise, and restaurants, will be selling lucky bags. A particular highlight is the "2,014 yen all-you-can-fill 'clothing bag,'" which will be released on January 2nd in a limited run of 10, and will be filled with as much clothing as you like from 23 brands in the building.

In addition, a "Ne-net Nya" pop-up store will be open from December 28th to January 14th, with a lineup ranging from basic clothing to general merchandise.
