UNIQLO will begin selling its first semi-custom stretch wool jacket (¥14,900) on its online store on January 12th. This jacket is based on the brand's "LifeWear" concept, which aims to provide comfortable clothing that suits every lifestyle. Customers can choose a full-fledged jacket tailored to their individual body types and preferences from a total of 2,112 combinations. The "chest width" and "length" are available in 32 patterns each for regular fit (dark gray, black, and navy) and slim fit (light gray, black, and navy). Additionally, sleeve length can be adjusted in 1cm increments up to 10cm, allowing for a total of 2,112 combinations, including color variations. It can also be combined with UNIQLO's "Stretch Wool No-Tuck Pants" and "Stretch Wool Slim Fit No-Tuck Pants" (both ¥5,990) made from the same material to create a suit.
The material is 98% "Super 110's wool," which is being used for the first time in the brand's jackets, giving it a glossy finish. It also has excellent stretchability, and the back lining is made with a Kannon stitch for added comfort.
The price is 14,900 yen, and it will be sold online, as well as at the UNIQLO GINZA store, BICQLO UNIQLO Shinjuku East Exit store, Shinjuku West Exit store, Ikebukuro Tobu store, Ikebukuro Sunshine 60 Street store, Okachimachi store, Setagaya Chitosedai store, Kichijoji store, Shinsaibashi store, and UNIQLO OSAKA store, which have set up dedicated corners. It is scheduled to be available in 118 stores nationwide this spring.
