
Andaz Tokyo will be offering limited-edition Valentine's Day and White Day sweets from January 25th to March 14th.
The pastry shop at Andaz Tokyo will be offering the "Valentine's Sweets Collection" from January 25th to February 14th, featuring chocolate sweets created by pastry chef Masateru Okazaki with a focus on "single origins." Items on sale include "Macaron Origin Chocolat" (1,200 yen for 3 pieces), a macaron filled with Vietnamese cacao ganache, and "Origin Cigar Chocolate" (2,000 yen), a cigar chocolate made from Trinidad and Tobago cacao in milk chocolate with brandy inside. Golf ball chocolates will also be available in three flavors: white, milk, and dark (1,700 yen for 3 pieces, 3,400 yen for 6 pieces). From February 22nd to March 14th, a "Petit Cake Assortment" (3 pieces for 900 yen, 6 pieces for 1,600 yen) will be available in five flavors: strawberry, passion fruit & mango, white chocolate, pistachio, and Viennese punch.
In addition, Andaz Tavern will be offering a "Valentine's Day 2016 Romantic Dinner" (24,000 yen for 2 people) from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on February 14th. This dinner will feature lobster salad, smoked sea urchin, nasturtium flower and marsh lettuce salad, cauliflower crème, and seared scallops, all accompanied by a view of Tokyo's nightscape. In addition, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on March 14th, a "White Day Special Dinner" (12,000 yen per person) will be offered, featuring a White Day-only menu including scallops, cabbage ginger emulsion, caramelized sudachi citrus, chives, and white asparagus soup.
