Fukuoka Parco will open a store in part of the adjacent Solaria Stage Building, owned by Nishi-Nippon Railroad, in the spring of 2015.
Fukuoka Parco opened in the fall of 2010. Reconstruction of the "Fukuoka Parco New Building (tentative name)" on the adjacent site is already underway, with the aim of opening this fall. With the newly announced opening of stores on the basement 1st floor and M3, 3rd and 4th floors of the Solaria Stage Building, Fukuoka Parco will have an additional 3,300 square meters of floor space. The aim is to attract new tenants and expand the store.
