PASS THE BATON has collaborated with KOKUYO to sell a surveying field notebook. Available in limited quantities at the PASS THE BATON Marunouchi and Omotesando stores from January 10th, the notebook is priced at 189 yen.
This collaboration involves adding original PASS THE BATON illustrations to surveying field notebooks that, while still suitable for practical use, did not meet KOKUYO's quality standards. The design was handled by art directors Ryosuke Uehara and Yoshie Watanabe of KIGI, which engages in a wide range of creative activities related to paper. The cover features PASS THE BATON's iconic animals, known for handing over batons.
Surveying field notebooks, with their compact size and thick cover ideal for outdoor use, are popular among field workers in a variety of fields, including surveying, architecture, and construction. A long-selling KOKUYO product, created in 1959 in response to feedback from surveying sites, has been a long-selling product.
