Artist Tondabayashi Ran's first pop-up store, "HUNGRY STORE by TONDABAYASHI RAN at Laforet HARAJUKU," will open at Laforet Harajuku from April 14th to 27th. Based in Tokyo, Tondabayashi Ran specializes in eccentric yet cute and provocative expression, creating works using a wide range of techniques, including collage, illustration, painting, sculpture, and video. Her work has garnered support from a wide range of generations and disciplines, including her godfather, Takashi Ikeda (Rekishi). This first-of-its-kind pop-up will feature Tondabayashi Ran's works, including drawings and posters, as well as limited-edition merchandise such as mugs, key chains, tote bags, stickers, and mirrors, as well as one-of-a-kind custom items. Additionally, on April 23rd, there will be a limited-edition event (¥2,000) where you can have one of Tondabayashi Ran's drawings made into plastic key chains on a first-come, first-served basis.
