
Givenchy presents its Spring 2022 accessories collection, created by Creative Director Matthew M. Williams in collaboration with his longtime friend, graphic artist Tito.
This special accessories series combines Givenchy's DNA with the Seattle-born, Mexico-based artist's distinctive airbrush style. Each piece in the series, which includes bags, shoes, and jewelry, is adorned with bold motifs and characters, such as "Truehearted," a girl's face, an illustration of a dog, a blue moon, and the Maison's signature "4G" emblem. Street-inspired pieces add a playful twist to Williams' vision for Givenchy. The "Truehearted" light pink leather bag exudes an edgy vibe, featuring a spray-printed heart motif on the strap. Other items include the "Blue Moon" crossbody bag in beautiful steel blue tones and an urban crossbody bag with a spray-printed 4G motif on the strap. Footwear includes the "Marshmallow" wedge and slide sandals in black with a white airbrushed 4G emblem, white leather city sneakers with "Truehearted" printed on them, and tennis shoes featuring an illustration of Tito's iconic dog, a symbol of protection and loyalty. The high-top shoes feature a dynamic airbrushed black and white face.
The meeting of two creative minds combines the essence of Givenchy with the sensibility of graffiti art, creating a collection that combines classic French style with modern, hybrid elements.
Available from November 2021 at Givenchy stores in Japan and the official online store.
