The seawater gently surrounding the naturally rich island of Moloka'i is said to be some of the most beautiful seawater not only in Hawaii but also in the world. This is a 100% pure, premium, sun-dried sea salt that Native Hawaiians are proud of, retaining the minerals of the seawater. It is Moloka'i edible salt that was used by Native Hawaiians in traditional ceremonies. It is slowly sun-dried over a period of six weeks. When the seawater is pumped up, microplastics and other foreign matter are removed using a special filter. :
