Hanshin Electric Railway, Daini Yoshimoto Building, and Shiki will hold the "Shiki Theatre Company Exhibition" to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the company's founding from November 22nd to December 25th at the Herbis Plaza Ent, Herbis Plaza, and Hilton Plaza West commercial facilities in the Nishi-Umeda district of Osaka.

At Herbis Plaza Ent, the exhibit will focus on costumes and props of the main characters actually used in "The Lion King" and "Beauty and the Beast," currently being performed at the Osaka Shiki Theater on the 7th floor of the facility. Each floor will look back on the company's 60 years through the introduction of Shiki Theatre Company's signature straight plays and musicals. At Herbis Plaza, the Organ Square on the first floor will feature "The Phantom of the Opera." A stage will be set up along with stage art and costumes. At Hilton Plaza West, an exhibition will focus on "Cats." Panels showcasing the changes over the 30 years since the premiere will be on display, along with objects symbolizing the works. It will also introduce social contribution activities such as the "Theater of the Heart," which invites children from all over the country to theaters free of charge.

To commemorate the event, an opening ceremony will be held at the entrance on the second basement floor of Herbis Plaza Ent on the 22nd of next month from 5:15 pm.
