
Actress Jennifer Garner was born on April 17, 1972, in Texas, USA.
After graduating from college, she moved to Los Angeles after landing a semi-regular role on the TV drama "Felicity." After meeting the show's producer, J.J. Abrams, she was cast in the lead role in his TV series "Alias" (2001-2006). She played a "double agent" working for both a criminal organization and the CIA, for which she won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a TV Series. She quickly became a Hollywood star.
In 2003, she gained popularity for her role as the heroine in "Daredevil," a film about a heroine with supernatural powers who challenges evil, and in 2005 she starred in the spin-off "Elektra." She has also appeared in films such as "13 Love 30" (2004), which debuted at number two in the US charts, "Juno" (2007), and "Dallas Buyers Club" (2013), which was a hot topic at this year's Academy Awards.
