A conversation between Miss Piggy and Vivienne Westwood has finally come to fruition.
The glamorous pig diva Miss Piggy, starring in Disney's latest film, "Muppets Most Wanted," which premiered in the US on March 21, has just finished her world tour and international film releases. The wedding dress and other outfits she wears in the film were couture designs she personally commissioned from Vivienne Westwood. Vivienne Westwood readily agreed. It's up to Miss Piggy to marry her beloved Kermit the Frog, but in the end, she gets to have her wedding in a dress specially designed for the film.
To show her gratitude, Miss Piggy invited Vivienne Westwood and her husband, fashion director Andreas Kronthaler, to afternoon tea. This conversation has finally come to fruition. Miss Piggy expresses her gratitude for the wonderful costumes created for the film. The three chatted at London's Soho Hotel about fashion, risqué topics, Vivienne Westwood's work, and that "green" thing.
The entire conversation has been posted to YouTube and can be viewed below (English only).
