"Trilogy" Hydrating Mist Toner is a mist-type lotion that contains lavender oil to condition the skin and geranium oil to prevent roughness. "It has a light, non-sticky feel, and is recommended for those who want to use a lot of lotion. "Moisturized! "You'll really feel the difference," says Toritani. If you're concerned about rough skin, using it in combination with cleansing cream is also effective.
