DIESEL's pop-up shop, "DIGITAL EXPLORER by DIESEL," has opened at Center Park The Stage #2 on the second floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku.
The venue features a video installation by filmmaker and contemporary artist EUGENE KANGAWA, based on the theme of Diesel's 16 Spring/Summer collection, "DIGITAL EXPLORER." EUGENE KANGAWA's beautiful world is projected in immersive 4K using Sony's latest projector. The video shown this time is a special re-edit of his previous work, "i Emmigrant," which focused on the "immigrant dream." Reconstructed based on interviews with actual immigrants, the video depicts a world where reality and dreams, positive and negative, light and darkness intersect.
Items available include dresses, jackets, shirts, and chain bags from the 16SS collection, featuring geometric patchwork patterns on denim in various shades, as well as paisley-patterned shirts, tailored jackets made of dress denim, shorts, and faded jeans. Also available are a dress (33,480 yen including tax) and denim pants (39,960 yen including tax) exclusive to the Isetan Shinjuku store.
In addition, gifts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to those who spend over 21,600 yen during the period and those who try on the denim. The pop-up shop will be open until March 1st.
