Giorgio Armani's Universal Beauty Expressed Through Four Original Supermodels

Feb 9, 2016

Giorgio Armani unveiled the Spring/Summer 2016 campaign visuals for his capsule collection, "NEW NORMAL," in Paris. Photographed by Peter Lindbergh in his Paris studio, the images feature timeless, monochrome images. The subjects are four original supermodels: Nadja Auermann, Yasmin Le Bon, Stella Tennant, and Eva Herzigova. Just as the NEW NORMAL collection symbolizes Armani's timeless style, these "women of true beauty" represent "true style is 'NORMAL' without being overly flashy." Giorgio Armani commented, "I wanted to use icons with strong personalities like these four women for the campaign to express the timelessness of feminine beauty. I wanted to convey a sense of reality, conveying the natural elegance of NEW NORMAL and the universal beauty of everyday life."
