Miu Miu will open a pop-up store at The Stage on the first floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku from February 10th to 16th, showcasing new items from the brand's 2016 Spring/Summer collection, as well as advance and limited-edition items.
The store will feature two print series. The first is a collaboration with New York-based Japanese illustrator Eri Wakiyama. His illustrations are characterized by a punkish, Victorian-inspired style, and the store will offer exclusive prints featuring anchors, moon faces, lighters, and candle girls.
The store will feature an anchor- and moon face-print blouse (¥69,000), skirt (¥114,000), and dress (¥210,000). A Candle Girls-print T-shirt featuring two girls (¥33,000) and a lighter-print tote bag (¥125,000) will also be available. The clothing will also come with a special tag bearing Miu Miu's name.
The second part of the print series is leather accessories featuring Miu Miu's archive prints. Cat and swallow pattern wallets (69,000 yen) and round zip wallets (69,000 yen) will be released in advance.
