On July 28th, the champagne brand Dom Pérignon held an installation in Tokyo that allowed visitors to experience the world of Dom Pérignon P2.

After more than 16 years, Dom Pérignon P2 has reached the peak of its "second aging" and is a condensed expression of the energy of nature. The promotional event embodied a "journey through dimensions" as Dom Pérignon transformed from its first peak of aging, which took eight to ten years, to its second peak of aging over the next decade.

Four artists, including media artist Yoichi Ochiai, known as a "modern-day wizard," created an actual indoor waterfall and projected video onto it in a fantastical installation, expressing the "energy inherent in nature" that cannot normally be experienced with the five human senses.

Many celebrities also participated in the event. Appearing in a cool black suit, Narimiya Hiroki commented, "I believe that champagne is for special occasions, so I drink it when good things happen, and even when bad things happen. I was reminded once again of the deep flavor of Dom Pérignon." Director Miyamoto Amon said, "The Dom Pérignon events are always surprisingly fun, and I think they are one of the most interesting events in Tokyo." Other attendees, including Natsuki Mari and Kanda Uno, also attended in gorgeous dresses.
