Hotel New Otani's main bar, Bar Capri, and the stylish adult bar, THE BAR, are hosting the "PREMIUM FRAPPE COLLECTION" fair, offering shaved ice-style cocktails, until September 30th.

The fair will offer five types of adult shaved ice (2,500 yen each) made with premium liqueur as syrup. One of these, "Frappe du Chocolat," uses a luxurious blend of chocolate crunch and three types of chocolate liqueur, creating an even smoother flavor when mixed with the milk at the bottom of the glass.

Also, "Camucamu Everybody," combines camu camu, known as the Amazon's "superfruit," with raspberries and blueberries, and is finished with champagne and cassis liqueur.

Other five varieties are available: "Royal Melon," which features a bold melon pulp garnish and fresh melon pulp hidden in the bottom of the glass; "Coco Blue," an original take on the classic shaved ice "Blue Hawaii" garnished with Mexican chia seeds, pineapple, coconut, etc.; and "Matcha Azuki," which combines Yame Hoshino matcha, with azuki beans and condensed milk, for a strikingly deep, bitter taste.

Another charming touch is the thoughtful finish, in which the bartender pours a generous amount of premium liqueur right in front of you.
