PERFUMES GIVENCHY will release a limited edition Spring/Summer 2013 makeup collection, "HOTEL PRIVE." The concept is "a private hotel that combines the sophistication and refinement inherent in traditional luxury." Nicolas Degennes, who became Givenchy's Makeup and Color Artistic Director in 1999 and is currently in charge of Givenchy Le Makeup, will continue as creator of the collection. Écrin Privé (8,715 yen) is a four-color eyeshadow in muted tones that adheres to the eyelids in two textures, matte and pearly, creating a delicate, three-dimensional look. It comes in a special accessory-like case inspired by Riccardo Tisci's couture collection.
Rouge Interdit lipstick (3,990 yen), characterized by its pure color and soft texture, will also be available in a limited edition pinkish beige called "Private Peach" that brings out the natural color of your lips. Two limited edition colors of lip gloss and nail polish will also be available. They will be available for pre-sale at Isetan Shinjuku Main Store, Hankyu Umeda Main Store, and JR Nagoya Takashimaya from January 9, 2013, and will be available in the cosmetics corners of department stores nationwide from January 11.
