London-born DJ and producer Peter O'Grady, also known as Joy Orbison, will be releasing his first full-length mixtape, "still slipping vol.1," a 14-track album. To celebrate the release of the album, merchandise created by apparel brand C.E will be released in Japan as well. The merchandise will be available on C.E's website and in stores on August 13th, the same day as the release of "still slipping vol.1."

The relationship between Joy Orbison and C.E. began approximately six years ago in 2015, when C.E. invited Joy Orbison to perform in Japan for the first time. Since then, she has contributed mixes to C.E's occasional cassette tape series, modeled for lookbooks, and performed at C.E's parties in London. Despite being based in far-flung countries like London and Japan, and despite being in different genres (music and fashion), they have forged a relationship that transcends the boundaries that led to this project.

The merchandise consists of three items: one T-shirt in two colors and one pair of socks. The T-shirt features a photo by Rosie Marks, who created the mixtape cover, on the front. The back features a handwritten tracklist and the logo of Joy Orbison's label, Hinge Finger. The socks feature Joy Orbison's nickname, "JOY O," which is also printed on the back of the T-shirt, and a C.E graphic on the soles.
