The original minä perhonen items sold in the "Re-Style Gift" section, a new section created following the remodeling of the Isetan Shinjuku store last December, are generating a lot of buzz. At the store's opening on December 5th, the store unveiled an original snow globe and a thin-rimmed glass in collaboration with Sugawara Glass Crafts. Now, a new original gift box has been released, crafted with expert techniques from minä perhonen fabric. The boxes, named Fun Kontti ("fun container"), can be used not only as gifts but also as decorative storage boxes. The popular fabrics used are "choucho," "obscure," and "sometimes lucky," and they are available in three sizes: large, medium, and small. Only 32 pieces are being produced this time. While the sale will end when stocks run out, due to popular demand, new boxes are scheduled to be released in March. Minä Perhonen and Re-Style Gift plan to continue developing original items in the future, and a fragrance candle in collaboration with Diptyque will be released in advance at the grand opening of Isetan Shinjuku on March 6th.
