Dior silk scarves, bringing elegance and boldness to a variety of looks, are a must-have item for the Fall/Winter 2021-2022 season. The Maison's iconic codes and artworks created for Dior by Italian artist Pietro Ruffo are meticulously drawn on a stencil with a fountain pen before being printed onto fabric in the first crucial step: coloring. The lyrical sketches are silkscreened or inkjet-printed onto the finest silk in the Maison's Italian atelier. Next, the scarves are repeatedly passed through a halo of light created by steam, before being washed repeatedly in a tub of hot water until the ideal color and texture are achieved. The final touch is achieved by hand-cutting the scarves into squares and meticulously stitching them together. This process, which requires the utmost care and is repeated countless times, ensures the refinement of Dior scarves.
The latest Dior silk scarves will be available in Dior boutiques nationwide and online from July 29th. Enjoy the new "Dior Around the World" and "Millie La Forêt" scarves, as turbans, headbands, bandanas, and AR filters that allow you to try them on in a 1970s style.
