"Tokyo," a photo book by popular photographer Naoki Honjo, known for his miniature-like landscapes, was published on October 27th.
Naoki Honjo is a photographer active in a wide range of fields, including magazines and advertising. His debut photo book, "Small Planet," won the 32nd Kimura Ihei Photography Award, and he has since published photo books such as "Shinkirou," "TREASURE BOX," and "Kyoto." His works are held in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
His latest work, "Tokyo," continues the unique technique from "Small Planet," capturing Tokyo from a cool aerial perspective. Various buildings cover the ground, stretching out beyond the horizon like a crater, and Japan's capital city, Tokyo, are reexamined from the unique perspective of Honjo, who has continued to photograph urban landscapes.
