Givenchy will open an exclusive pop-up store for its Fall 2021 collection at Isetan Shinjuku on June 9, 2021.
Givenchy's latest style is a collection that blends classicism with radicalism, characterized by sensuous, enveloping materials, striking volumes, structured silhouettes, and an architectural approach to layering.
The design of the pop-up store is inspired by Matthew M. Williams' iconic chunky G chain cube, and features a pink wall shaped like a three-dimensional 4G emblem, as well as metallic elements such as stainless steel and chrome.
This season's star bag, the modern yet timeless 4G handbag, will be displayed alongside a sculpture by British artist Ewan MacFarlane. Combining Parisian elegance with functionality, the 4G bag is available in two styles: a flap bag and a chain bag, both crafted from full-grain box calfskin with luxurious metal embellishments.
The lineup of carefully selected leather goods from the Fall 2021 collection includes not only the classic black and white, but also the seasonal colors of baby pink, red and dark khaki, as well as special pieces with high-frequency embossing.
