CELINE has released a new signature bag, "TABOU," for the Fall/Winter 2021 season. It will be released in Japan and Europe from June 4th, with further releases planned.

This bag was inspired by Celine's 1980s archives. Its shape, reminiscent of a saddle bag attached to a horseback riding saddle, is linked to the world of equestrianism, one of the inspirations for the Winter 2021 collection show.

The adjustable strap is detachable, allowing it to be worn three ways: crossbody, shoulder, or as a clutch. Its practical accordion structure also offers excellent storage capacity.


Back Style
With an elegant silhouette that exudes a vintage feel, combined with white stitching reminiscent of saddlery techniques, this bag has a chic style that is perfect for everyday use.

The name "Tabu" comes from the lock detail on the flap, which is reminiscent of a "box of secrets," and is said to be a place where personal secrets can be stored.
