Stokke is a hugely popular Norwegian baby brand. The Tripp Trapp, which features an adjustable seat and footrest that adapts to your child's growth, has been a best-seller loved worldwide since its introduction in 1972. Even now, more than 40 years after its release, the Tripp Trapp is still seen in many families with children. Last year, total sales exceeded 9 million units, showing no signs of slowing down. Now, this popular chair has collaborated with Japan's iconic Minä Perhonen, sparking excitement and excitement from many moms. This collaboration was born out of a shared desire to create products that people will love for a long time. After numerous meetings, the color scheme was decided on, incorporating Minä Perhonen's signature textile, "hana hane," and taking into consideration the wide range of colors available with the Tripp Trapp.

Yuka Shirafuji, children's clothing designer for minä perhonen, said, "Stokke is a brand I've known for a long time, and it's one I've always admired, so I was very honored when I heard about the collaboration. What's more, when I learned that this was the first time Stokke had collaborated with another brand, I was even more pleased that they had chosen us as the first in the brand's long history.

As I'm in charge of minä perhonen's children's clothing and a mother of two, I design from a parent's perspective every day, but this time I prioritized the design being part of the interior. I chose the 'hana hane' textile because I wanted a textile that would be in tune with children's feelings and lifestyles in their rooms, enriching and making their lives more enjoyable.

'hana "hana hane" has a visually very rhythmic and fun pattern. I didn't use a multi-color scheme, but instead used two colors, which I thought would create a simple yet understated statement. I eat meals with my 18-month-old child every day, so I know firsthand how dirty he gets (laughs), so I also focused on colors that don't show dirt. I think the colors and patterns are easy to use for both boys and girls. I hope you enjoy combining them with the Tripp Trapp cushion, which comes in a wide range of colors."

General release begins November 1st. The Tripp Trapp cushion "hana hane" is available in two colors: Yellow and Navy.
