On October 28th, 3.1 Phillip Lim will be releasing a special bag collection celebrating the brand's 10th anniversary in the handbag section on the first floor of the Isetan Shinjuku main building. This holiday season collection features bags perfect for parties. One standout item is the glittering "SOLEIL" bag, inspired by designer Phillip Lim's imaginary muse, "Soleil," which was first introduced in the Fall 2014 collection. It's a bag perfect for a woman like "Soleil," who has a sense of humor and cultural interest, and who would carry it to a party. The "SOLEIL" bag is available in charcoal (148,000 yen), purple and black (148,000 yen), and a Japan-exclusive white and black (145,000 yen). Other items include a silver and black "31 SECOND" pouch (52,000 yen) and a blue metal and black "31 MINUTE" clutch (98,000 yen). The collection will be available in advance at the main building of Isetan Shinjuku from October 28th, and will then be sold at the brand's directly managed stores from November 11th. In addition, the next icon bag "ALIX," which was launched in the fall 2015 season, will also be available at all stores from October 14th. The hardware design is inspired by everyday items such as paperclips and staplers.
