JOHN LAWRENCE SULLIVAN will open a limited-time shop in a pop-up space on the third floor of Kyoto's Fujii Daimaru from October 21st to November 2nd.
The shop, which was also held last season, was well received and will be held again in Kyoto this time. Items from the 2015-16 Autumn/Winter women's collection will be on display in-store, allowing customers to immerse themselves in the brand's unique worldview.
In addition, to commemorate the opening, an alpaca shaggy coat (108,000 yen) will be released exclusively at the shop. This coat, featuring an oversized, voluminous silhouette, is made from rare Thule alpaca, which has a long pile and a silky luster. It has been tailored with a shaggy finish that takes advantage of the fiber's characteristics.
