The bezel and strap are made with carbon fiber, and the dial is customized in matte black. The newly released "THE BLACK GRAIL" is based on Patek Philippe's renowned Nautilus 5711, a model that recently garnered much attention.
Crafted over 10 months of development and six months of hand-tuning to ensure the highest level of finish, this model's carbon fiber bracelet is one of the most complex components in DIW's creations.
The bezel is crafted entirely from carbon fiber, and the case is finished with a black DLC coating.
By using carbon fiber, the total weight was reduced to 80g, less than half the weight of the base model.
The dial is customized in matte black while retaining the Nautilus's signature horizontal embossing pattern. The indices and logo are white to create a balanced look. The stainless steel used for the case, crown, and parts of the strap is also coated with black DLC.
